Crystal Point Product Training
Crystal Point offers several different levels of classes supporting our software products. Classes can be held at a client site.
OutsideView or OutsideViewWEB Training: This one day course covers product installation, security implementation and complex, OutsideView Enterprise environments.
AppView or AppViewXS Product Training: This two-day course covers everything from screen customization through developing custom applications. Topics include installation, end user deployment, and an overview of the Advanced Macro Facility (AMF).
AppView or AppViewXS Advanced Training: A one-day course that provides advanced training on customization. Participants will recieve hands on training on how to work with AMF to add conditional behavior to customized screens. In addition, they will examine the process of integrating host applications with other Internet and Windows applications.
Mentoring: Some clients prefer to have Crystal Point more extensively involved in their product implementation process. Mentoring can be customized to fit any need ranging from on-site installations to overseeing large-scale training efforts.
