  • 24/7 web-based support via our updated Answer Book. Our Answer Book has been re-engineered to provide a single comprehensive library of solutions for all our products, past and present. 
  • Fax-based support
  • Remote desktop assistance
  • Free Maintenance releases (i.e., 7.2a)
  • Free Feature releases (i.e., 7.3)
  • 50% discount on upgrade price for Major releases (i.e, 8.0)
  • Optional automatic renewal
  • Optional multi-year contract duration
