- 24/7 web-based support via our updated Answer Book. Our Answer Book has been re-engineered to provide a single comprehensive library of solutions for all our products, past and present.
- Fax-based support
- Remote desktop assistance
- Free Maintenance releases (i.e., 7.2a)
- Free Feature releases (i.e., 7.3)
- 50% discount on upgrade price for Major releases (i.e, 8.0)
- Optional automatic renewal
- Optional multi-year contract duration
