Per-Seat or Concurrent Licensing
Per-Seat licenses are automatically checked out of a license pool by a client machine the first time a PC runs OutsideView. The client machine is assigned that serialized license until it is manually released using the LicenseView utility. Per-Seat license are less expensive and typical of stable user environments.

Concurrent licenses are automatically checked out of a license pool by a client machine when OutsideView is started and are automatically returned to the pool when the user exits OutsideView. Concurrent licensing offers unlimited installations of OutsideView and is limited only by the pre-defined number of users at a given time. Concurrent licenses are preferred in volatile environments. Concurrent licenses are optional when running OutsideView from normal workstations, but required if running OutsideView from Win Term or Citrix environments Concurrent licenses cost more than Per-Seat licenses but may save clients money because often fewer licenses are needed.
